Return and refund policy
At The Z Mart, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that some items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error was made in fulfillment.
